Mr. Tường Tuấn Thông – General Director
Thong is the co-founder and Managing Director of FTA. Thong has a Master degree in Marketing and Sales service – ESCP-EAP Europe. .His drive for research, client service and exemplary results has spawned success for more than 18 years. He’s had many years of experience in both operation and client service. Previously he had been with SRG, NFO – MBL and ACNielsen market research companies. His variety of experiences of operation and client service will ensure the highest quality of information and insights for clients.
Thong is adept and committed to strategic innovation. He ensures FTA to be updated with the most sophisticated methodologies in the market research industry and general business environment and makes FTA the first company in Vietnam and South East Asia certified ISO 20252
Mr. Trần Ngọc Dũng – Managing Director
Dung began his career by researching down under and is a University graduate of business administration at Monash University, Australia; Master’s degree of MBA at CFVG; Then, very much as an itinerant life-long learner, on to the continent of Europe where he attained a Masters of Research at University of Lilles, France. Still, very much expanding his education, he’s currently completing doctoral thesis about “Factors influential on choice of market research in Vietnam” with ESCP Europe school.
He was employed nearly 4 years at managerial level at qualitative research and quantitative research at ACNielsen, then in the position of brand manager for Phillip Morris Indochina, in charge of markets of Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.
With nearly 10 years founding and working with FTA, always devoted to customer service and his depth of experience, he has always been the reliable choice for customer’s strategic projects.
He is a member of ESOMAR, member of MRA in Chicago. At present, he is a professor in charge of market research topic practice at VietnamMarcom, University of Economics, schools of Pace and I.A.M.
Ms. Nguyễn Hồng Xuân Linh – Executive Director
Linh has more than 14 year experience in both Research and Marketing, which offers her a rounded knowledge of the full process from the initial ideas to being activated in the market. Her last position was Group Brand Manager of House hold care category in Unilever.
As an Associate Account Manager in ACNielsen, she has handled a wide range of study types such as Segmentation, Usage and Habit, Brand Health management and Innovation research process for different industries including personal care, home care, cosmetics, beverages, dairy...
As a Consumer and Market Insight Manager in Unilever, she took charge of leading insight generation and analyzing existing consumer understanding, relating these to market category strategies and brand plans to determine the consumer understanding needs.
Since 2011, she is member of ESOMAR
