Being one of the key members of research and customer service staff during his 9 years’ experience at FTA’ he has engaged in various market research fields;Market investment research, Market segmentation, Consumption Habit discovery, Product Assessment and Media, Product/Service Satisfaction for many various categories.
He is proficient in most all data input software, data processing and professional statistical analysis for market research such as SPSS, Survey Craft, Quantum, Excel and XLSTAT. Such experience will help him with more statistical analysis valuable for customers.
His talents also include designing strategic plans in order to assure the growth and development for his research team.
Phan Ngọc Đan Thanh – Associate Research Director
Being one of the key staff members at FTA, she joined in FTA the early days of founding, and currently managing one of the two strongest research teams in FTA.
With 9 years’ experience in market research and good understanding of various categories, she has managed and realized successfully over 500 quantitative research projects, and 200 qualitative research projects. She is particularly very highly esteemed by Japanese customers regarding her management skill, customer care and level of meeting customer satisfaction in research need.
Nguyễn Ngọc Huy – Associate Research Director
He is proficient managing large-scale projects. His experience plus his profound knowledge about the market and his solid foundation in research serve as fertile conditions that help render more success to his projects.
He has over 15 years working in market research in MNCs.
Mr. Huy’s wealth of experience spans many types of research such as automobile (local and imported), construction materials, retail market, chemicals, electronic equipment, fertilizer, telecommunication, FMCG, skin care, UHT milk, and motorbikes and exceeds too many to list in this space.
Nguyễn Đào Sơn Ca – Associate Research Director
Upon graduating from the University of Economics, Ms. Ca majored in Marketing.
Her time, 6 years working in marketing and research, has been well spent. She can be proud having successfully managed many projects for reputable leading companies in Vietnam, especially with her vast experience in pharmaceutical, finance, real estate and FMCG.
Not one to be content working 8-5, her professional energy leads her to improve her skills. Ms Ca has voluntarily participated in valuable training courses: Advertising expertise, Product, Brand management, Marketing manager, Leadership and Dale Carnegie courses. Nguyễn Thị Phương Anh – Associate Research Director.
Ms. Anh has over 5 years experience in market research in the key types – qualitative and quantitative, as well as various areas of different methodology.
Her intuitive thinking combined with a logical approach helps sift through many aspects of the issues involved in a project. Her careful analysis to propose righteous ideas for strategic development is a great asset.
She also, is driven to join in many knowledge training programs and marketing skill courses in market research in Vietnam and outside. She frequently updates our knowledge with new techniques on market research by attending annual conferences of Esomar.
