Mr. Võ Vi Hiển - Associate FW Director
It would be correct to say Mr. Hien is an expert in the field of market research.
He has 16 years’ experience working at data processing section in Fieldwork. Being connected with his job by his passion and responsibility, he always shows that he is an important link in the chain of ensuring the quality of the projects at FTA.
With his experience accumulated throughout his working time, he regards his projects with great responsibility assigned to his team.
Being a true team player, he always assists other sections to perform the project to their best potential. Together with other FW teams, they work on a cooperative basis with mutual support in order to ensure the common objectives of FW.
He has good leadership skills, and is fully competent to work under high pressure.
Ms. Nguyên Hồng Thảo Nguyên - Associate FW Director
Graduating from University of Law, faculty of Civil Law, and then from the Lawyer’s training course 2010, Ms. Nguyen always had a passion to do market research since she was a college student.
Having joined FTA since it’s early days of founding, She had the passion and now she has the proven skills. 10 years of loyal service. Though market research is not her major study, she has proven her working competence with our Board of directors, by earning the title of Associate FW Director at present, managing a FW team of 6 permanent staff members. Her passion for her work is infectious. Her experience and good management skills have helped her perform the important role of FW in many diversified projects with different product categories.
Ms. Nguyễn Nữ Lam Thảo - Associate FW Director
She has gleaned 10 years working experience at data processing section in Fieldwork
Her wealth of knowledge in collecting and processing data have helped her with the methodology to access and interview consumers in the most effective manner and gather information with the most accuracy.
At present, she manages a FW team of 5 permanent staff members.
Ms. Thao’s ambition enables her to manage many projects with different product categories.
Mr. Nguyễn Minh Hoàng - Associate FW Director
Mr. Hoang Graduated from National University, Department of Information Technology, Marketing Institute of Singapore, Marketing Management. Additionally, he also participated in the courses: Event Manager, Sale Manager and others
Prior to joining FTA in the position of Associate FW Director, he worked at Golden Group as Event Executive at Nokia as Sale Supervisor.
With his 9 years’ working in market research, he’s been evaluated as the one with the most innovative proposals for projects, the sole choice for quality projects of FMCG, Shell, Cell-phone, Car, Banking, Lifestyle and many more.
Lau Siu Binh - DP Programming Manager
He graduated from Lotus University, HCMC, and majored in Bachelor of Network Management.
He now has 6 years working in data processing and is a valuable member of our team.
As the DP department manager he collaborated well with the CS team to ensure clean data is sent to clients, and even contributes to questionnaire design.
He proficiency with various types of data format including ASCII, Excel Table, SPSS. In order to help ease the process of data analysis for the CS team, he has successfully introduced new techniques in DP including re-structure loop level for Survey Craft software; a significant test in Survey Craft as well as SPSS.
His success in many complex projects, have been very much appreciated by his clients and colleagues.
Ms. Mai Tran Lan Anh – EDP Manager
After graduating from the IT department of Hung Vuong University in 2000.
Ms. Anh gained 10 years valuable experience in data processing and technical support from the very successful research companies such as CSC, Taylor Nelsen, and AC Nielsen.
She is currently developing and building software, developing many automating tools for all the stages in data processing in FTA.
She is also a collaborative member of groups EDP.
Huynh Du Long – Senior Quality Control Manager
Mr. Long, with his solid experience in collecting and processing data, he well understands the methods, and best ways to access and interview consumers, and gather information with the most accuracy.
He has 9 years experience working at Operation section and has prompt and accurate reporting is much appreciated by our Board of Directors. He always shows seriouparticipated in different research methodologies. He is currently managing the section on quality control of acquired information and data processing. His dedicated working spirit, s working spirit, reports promptly and accurately to Board of directors.
