Lê Thị Minh Hà – Director – ISO 20252 process & audit department
Starting working in 1996, she was one of the first members of FW of MBL company, which turned later to NFO, and managed various research work nation-wide.
After her time working at MBL 1996-2001, since 2002 she has built up and developed FW team at FTA.
15 years successfully employed in field work and team developing, now she has ripe and favorable conditions to switch to building and managing the system at FTA.
She is currently director of the ISO 20252 process & audit department, helping build and manage quality standards at FTA.
