• 1. Founding representative office in Phnompenh– Cambodia

  On 17 August, 2011 FTA officially inaugurated the representative office in Phnompenh – Cambodia.

  The launch of the representative office is an important event, which asserted the strong growth of FTA next to the head office in Ho Chi Minh City and three representative offices in other cities and provinces in Vietnam.

   

• 2. FTA strictly applies ISO 20252 – International standardization exclusively for market research

  British Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City Tim Brownbill (left) on behalf of British Standard Institute granted certification ISO 20252 to FTA.

  With the fact being the first market research company in Vietnam to obtain certification ISO 20252, FTA has affirmed its international research quality.

   

• 3. Cooperation for building the survey article on Saigon Businessman publication

  In May, 2011, FTA officially cooperated to build up and develop the special article “Survey” on Saigon Businessman Magazine.

  Being the first market research company in Vietnam to have professional research activities provided free of charge to customers, the first market research company in Vietnam to have the market information forum for clients, FTA has been the first choice of Saigon Businessman when the magazine conducted and developed the article “Survey”.

   

• 4. FTA became an official member of Marketing Research Association in Chicago and New York.

  On July 20, 2011 FTA officially became a member of Marketing Research Association, USA (MRA). MRA was incorporated in the state of New York (June 13, 1957).
